Litany for Survival
7. September 2007 by admin.
I thought I would share the following from “Litany for Survival” by
Audre Lorde:
…and when we speak we are afraid
our words will not be heard
nor welcomed
but when we are silent
we are still afraid
So it is better to speak
remembering
we were never meant to survive.
I pray that we all remember this, as those who are teachers come forward
to share. And as we learn the ways of our ancestors from one another.
“we were never meant to survive”. However, we are here.

Our Powers
2. September 2007 by admin.
Ethiopia’s queens will reign again, and her Amazons protect her shores and people. Strengthen your shaking knees, and move forward, or we will displace you and lead on to victory and to glory.
Amy-Jacques Garvey
On this journey, not many people understand the work I do, much less the who’s and whys that I am. In my observation of my life’s path, all that I have endured has led me to this day…to discover that I descend from the greatest of monarchs and my destiny is to lead us all to reconciliation.
This work will not be stopped, take notice. Queens will once again rise up all over the world and protect Mother Africa, the greatest Queen of all, while she reaches out to her children for reconciliation. What has been ordained cannot be stopped. What is cannot be undone. Each of us has what the other needs to lead us all to freedom.
Forward Ever…backward Never
The struggle intensifies and is in the hands of the Mothers.
